Kia Forum and Hollywood Park sued Inglewood, alleging its 40-year billboard deal with WOW Media violates development agreements and threatens revenue, aesthetics, and upcoming international events at the entertainment venues.

The Kia Forum and Hollywood Park entertainment complex have each sued the city of Inglewood over its contract with a digital billboard advertising company that would allegedly put up digital signs and screens around the venues in violation of their agreements with the city.

Inglewood's contract with WOW Media allegedly grants WOW exclusive signage rights for up to 40 years and restricts competing signage to 2,500 feet. Inglewood would allegedly get 40% of the gross revenues. B...
