Judge reconsiders dismissal of tribes' lawsuit against cardrooms

A Sacramento judge is reconsidering her tentative ruling dismissing California tribes' lawsuit against cardrooms, which challenges banked games under SB 549, amid arguments over IGRA preemption and tribal standing in state court.

SACRAMENTO--A Superior Court judge indicated she may be willing to reconsider her tentative ruling throwing out a case California gaming tribes brought against cardrooms.
