Disgraced OC Supervisor must pay $878,000 in restitution
Kevin Dunn, senior deputy Orange County Counsel, pressed for full restitution of $10.2 million, arguing that Andrew Do knew the contracts tied to his kickbacks could not be executed legally and that federal funds would be misused.




A week before he is set to report to federal prison, former Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do was ordered Monday to pay $878,230 in restitution for steering pandemic relief funds to politically connected nonprofits in exchange for more than $500,000 in bribes.
