The longtime general counsel of The Gores Group has joined the corporate practice at Greenberg Traurig.
Joe Awad will split his time between the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. Awad focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, structuring and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, equity arrangements, and commercial agreements for corporate clients.
