Atkinson Andelson ties up with Garrett & Tully in largest attorney addition to date

The Cerritos-based firm is adding 13 lawyers from Garrett & Tully, bringing its total attorney count to 290 across 10 California offices.

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo completed its largest single attorney acquisition this week, absorbing 13 lawyers from Garrett & Tully in a consolidation that significantly expands the Cerritos-based firm's litigation capabilities across professional liability, automotive product liability and appellate practice.

Managing partner James Baca expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition, which is effective Sept. 1.
