California high court sanctions ADA litigator

The California Supreme Court suspended Arizona attorney Peter K. Strojnik for 30 days and imposed probation after finding he repeatedly ignored statutory requirements in disability access lawsuits.

The California Supreme Court has suspended Arizona attorney Peter K. Strojnik for 30 days and placed him on one-year probation for failing to comply with statutory requirements in disability access litigation.
