Radius Telematics accuses ex-executives of trade secret theft plan
Radius Telematics sued former executives, accusing them of stealing trade secrets, misusing Slack to plan a competing startup, and diverting assets and customers.
A Huntington Beach vehicle telematics company accused former executives of abusing their roles and using Slack to plan a hijack of computer systems and source code to start a copycat business, according to a complaint.
