Family files $1M claim after disabled teen mistakenly detained by immigration agents

Attorneys have filed a $1 million civil rights claim against the Trump administration, alleging federal immigration agents unlawfully handcuffed and detained a 15-year-old boy with disabilities in a case of mistaken identity outside Arleta High School.
