CoStar fights CREXi bid to delay copyright trial

CoStar says that revived antitrust counterclaims are a stall tactic ahead of trial.

In a contentious five-year infringement dispute between two real estate listing platforms, attorneys for plaintiff CoStar Group Inc. accused rival Commercial Real Estate Exchange Inc., known as CREXi, of using potentially revived antitrust counterclaims as a ploy to delay an upcoming trial.
