Jury clears San Jose divorce lawyer in malpractice suit

A Santa Clara County jury cleared San Jose divorce lawyer Mark Erickson of malpractice claims by a former client seeking $3 million, finding he met his obligations and awarding no fees or costs.

A jury found a San Jose divorce attorney was not negligent and did all he was required to do but awarded no fees or costs in the lawsuit by a former client who sought $3 million on claims of malpractice and collusion with a private judge.
