Inglewood billboard contract survives legal test

The ruling preserves Inglewood's 20-year agreement with WOW Media to construct 60 signs and 108 screens, with potential extensions through 2065.

In a setback for the operators of Hollywood Park, the Forum, and Intuit Dome, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has refused to block Inglewood's exclusive billboard contract with WOW Media Inc., finding the challengers failed to demonstrate either a likelihood of success or irreparable harm.
