A Los Angeles judge on Wednesday declined to adopt her tentative overruling Imhoff & Associates' demurrer in a fight over control of legal marketing assets.
Instead, Judge Doreen Boxer took the matter under submission after hearing arguments that crossclaims accusing David Pryor -- the non-attorney husband of firm principal Vincent M. Imhoff -- of fraud and interference were unsupported and stemmed largely from years-old tweets and a single 2024 email.
