Steve McQueen's granddaughter sues lawyer who says he inherited Pollock painting

Molly McQueen sued attorney Brent Borchert to reclaim a $70 million Jackson Pollock painting allegedly traded by her grandfather, Steve McQueen, in a deal she says failed, leaving the work due back to the estate.

Steve McQueen's granddaughter seeks to recover a Jackson Pollock painting worth approximately $70 million that the actor and motorsport legend allegedly gave to a Malibu art collecting couple in exchange for a motorcycle and property in Latigo Canyon.

Molly McQueen's lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court states that the motorcycle was crashed, the property title never changed hands, and the actor demanded the painting back before he died in 1980 at 50.
