Palisades Fire plaintiffs sue agencies, utilities over alleged systemic failures

Palisades Fire victims expanded their lawsuit, accusing multiple government agencies and utilities of negligence that allegedly contributed to Los Angeles' worst fire, including water shutoffs, faulty power poles and unchecked vegetation.
