Duane Morris LLP is accused of representing conflicting clients in a corporate control dispute that allegedly caused more than $6 million in losses. The complaint, filed Thursday in Orange County, claims the firm "knowingly and simultaneously" represented parties with opposing interests, violating professional conduct rules.
