Judge denies motion to disqualify Playboy experts and counsel

A Los Angeles judge denied a bid to disqualify Playboy's experts and counsel in a trademark suit against Advanced Vita Supplements but also rejected Playboy's motion for sanctions.

A Los Angeles judge on Friday blocked an attempt by defendants to disqualify experts and counsel for Playboy Enterprises in a lawsuit alleging that a sexual wellness company unlawfully sold products using Playboy branding after the expiration of a licensing agreement.
