Veteran antitrust litigator Francis Scarpulla pivots to full-time ADR practice
Scarpulla said he hopes to assist with large-scale, multiparty disputes in Los Angeles and San Francisco superior court, and the Northern and Central Districts of California.
After nearly six decades at the forefront of complex antitrust litigation, veteran attorney Francis O. Scarpulla has closed his San Francisco-based practice to focus exclusively on mediation and special master services.
Scarpulla, long recognized for his leadership in managing plaintiffs' steering committees in multidistrict and class proceedings, announced he will bring that experience to resolving disputes outside the courtroom.
