Citing an amended user agreement, attorneys for cryptocurrency trading platform Coinbase Inc. are asking a San Francisco federal judge to transfer a breach of contract lawsuit by account holders to the Southern District of New York if the case is not dismissed or sent to arbitration.
The motion relies on a Coinbase amendment to its user agreement this spring, which the company says applies to the plaintiffs.
