Judge rebukes lawyer for 'insult' during Warriors suite dispute hearing

A San Francisco judge admonished an attorney for "insulting" remarks during a hearing in a $5 million dispute involving the Golden State Warriors, Bauman Landscape, and Bay Area Concrete over a luxury suite.

A judge chided an attorney for "insulting" him over his handling of demurrers in a $5 million dispute over a luxury suite at the Golden State Warriors' Chase Centre, which has spiraled into a tangle of lawsuits between the basketball team and two construction firms.
