Judge weighs Northrop Grumman's bid to decertify contamination class

U.S. District Judge Hernán D. Vera heard arguments on Northrop Grumman's motion to decertify a class of Canoga Park residents alleging toxic chemical contamination from the company's longtime manufacturing facility.

A Los Angeles federal judge will consider whether to decertify a class of plaintiffs who say their Canoga Park homes were affected by chemical contamination from a nearby Northrop Grumman plant.
