Estrada and Levin named co-managing partners of Munger, Tolles & Olson
Former U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada, who recently returned from leading the nation's largest U.S. Attorney's Office, and Daniel Levin, who heads the LADWP's defense in the Palisades wildfire litigation, said they plan to highlight the firm's deep bench of mid-career partners and continue recruiting top legal talent from diverse backgrounds.
E. Martin Estrada, the former U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, and Daniel B. Levin, who leads the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's defense in the Palisades wildfire litigation, have been tapped to lead Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.
Both men, who started work as assistant U.S. attorneys on the same date - June 11, 2007 - talked fondly of each other in an interview last week, referring to one another as best friends.
