Edison is shortchanging fire survivors
Edison's Eaton Fire compensation program is fundamentally unfair, designed to minimize payouts, lacks neutral oversight or negotiation, and violates both ethical and legal standards -- leaving victims at risk of receiving only a fraction of what a properly administered settlement would provide.

The recent changes announced by Edison to its out-of-court settlement plan are largely cosmetic and do not address the fundamental problem: this program is not designed to fairly compensate victims but is another attempt by Edison to avoid paying reasonable amounts to their victims.
