Cedars-Sinai wins unanimous jury verdict in age and ethnicity bias case

After nearly three weeks of trial, jurors unanimously sided with Cedars-Sinai, finding no evidence of age or ethnic bias in the hospital's decision to terminate the plaintiff.

A Venable LLP trial team won a unanimous jury verdict for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in a discrimination case brought by a former employee who alleged wrongful termination based on age and ethnicity.
