A judge threatened to impose a discovery referee in a wrongful death lawsuit against PG&E during a hearing Thursday in which the plaintiff's attorneys had asked for terminating sanctions and a $70,000 monetary sanction. They accuse the utility of refusing to produce 10,000 documents.
