Environmental groups challenge EPA for failing to act on ozone pollution

Two environmental groups sued Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin, alleging he unlawfully missed multiple Clean Air Act deadlines to address ozone pollution in California and Colorado, worsening smog exposure for millions.
