Core monopoly claims survived in Taylor Swift fans' antitrust battle against Live Nation and Ticketmaster, as a federal judge in Los Angeles rejected the ticketing companies' bid to toss the case for the second time this year.

The complaint stems from botched presales for the U.S. leg of Swift's "Eras Tour," which the plaintiff fans claim exposed the companies' anticompetitive control over the concert ticketing market.
