California attorney R. Brent Wisner, his firm, plus a non-attorney, case management entity in Arizona have filed a federal lawsuit against state Attorney General Rob Bonta and the State Bar, seeking to block enforcement of a law banning California lawyers from sharing fees with out-of-state firms that allow nonlawyer ownership.
