In its fight to keep UCLA home football games at the Rose Bowl Stadium, the City of Pasadena on Wednesday urged a judge to expedite hearings on the university's pending arbitration and discovery motions, which the city says are procedural tactics to freeze the case while exploring a move to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
