The Commission on Judicial Performance has admonished Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Debra R. Archuleta for a pattern of misconduct in juvenile dependency cases.
The 25-page decision announced Thursday cited instances in which Archuleta disparaged parents and children in court, conducted her own fact-finding, and held key discussions off the record.
