UCLA arbitration and discovery motions consolidated in Rose Bowl dispute

A Los Angeles judge fast-tracked and consolidated UCLA's arbitration and discovery motions regarding Pasadena's lawsuit seeking to block any early move of Bruins football games from the Rose Bowl Stadium.

Following an emergency hearing, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge advanced and consolidated UCLA's pending arbitration and discovery motions to mid-January in a case brought by the City of Pasadena and Rose Bowl Stadium owners seeking to keep the university's home football games at the stadium.
