Uber sharpens RICO claims against LA injury lawyers and doctors

Uber filed an amended federal complaint sharpening RICO allegations against Los Angeles personal injury lawyers and medical providers, arguing defense dismissal and anti-SLAPP motions are now moot as it presses fraud claims.
