9th circuit affirms dismissal of trafficking suit against James Dolan

The 9th Circuit affirmed dismissal of a woman's trafficking claims, ruling she failed to plausibly allege force, fraud or coercion by businessman James Dolan, and rejecting derivative claims against Azoff Music Management.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a district judge's decision to dismiss a lawsuit against billionaire businessman James Dolan that claimed he pressured a massage therapist into performing unwanted sex acts with him and later Harvey Weinstein.
