Johnson & Johnson said Monday it will appeal a Los Angeles judge's decision rejecting its bid to disqualify out-of-state attorneys at Beasley Allen from coordinated talc proceedings involving California plaintiffs.
Beasley Allen said Superior Court Judge Theresa M. Traber properly denied the motion as untimely and unsupported.
Traber found the motion was "astonishingly and inexcusably late" and failed to show ongoing prejudice, allowing the plaintiffs...
