A software company founded by a San Diego physician sued a Silicon Valley health tech firm and one of its longtime customers Monday, accusing them of secretly accessing its system, stealing trade secrets and poaching a major client.

"A big company called Commure wanted the technology of a little company named Adaptamed," the federal complaint states.
