Judge presses UC, challengers to narrow pronoun-policy injunction
U.S. District Judge Fred W. Slaughter ordered the parties to propose narrowly tailored relief in a First Amendment challenge to UC's harassment policies after expressing frustration with their first attempt to reach common ground.
