Twelve more sue over State Parks locker room recordings

The latest lawsuits accuse the California Department of Parks and Recreation of failing to prevent a former superintendent from secretly recording employees changing at Bolsa Chica State Beach.

Twelve more people have sued the California Department of Parks and Recreation and a former superintendent accused of secretly recording employees while they changed in a locker room at Bolsa Chica State Beach.
