Artists suing several AI image generators for copyright infringement have asked U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick to sanction DeviantArt Inc. and its Latham & Watkins LLP attorneys, accusing them of discovery "gamesmanship" that forced the plaintiffs to pursue two former company employees in Canada.
