Fired immigration judge claims retaliation for ICE objections

Former San Francisco immigration judge Chloe Dillon sued federal officials, alleging she was fired for challenging an ICE-related venue directive and raising concerns about the courthouse detention of an alleged unaccompanied minor.

A former San Francisco immigration judge has sued U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche and other federal officials, alleging she was fired for challenging directives involving immigration cases and raising concerns about ICE's detention of an alleged unaccompanied minor.

The Department of Justice denied the allegations in an email statement but did not comment further.
