Opioid plaintiffs seek discovery into McKinsey's work for Johnson & Johnson
Plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over McKinsey's role in the opioid crisis want Johnson & Johnson to produce documents and witnesses about the consulting firm's work for the drugmaker.
McKinsey & Co. has paid more than $1 billion to resolve government claims over consulting work that allegedly helped Purdue Pharma boost sales of OxyContin.
