Congress delivers on the federal film tax credit
Congress has introduced the Motion Picture, Television, and Entertainment Revitalization Act, delivering a federal film tax credit with competitive rates, no sunset provision, and a January 1, 2027, effective date.
Lawmakers from both parties in Congress released the initial draft of the Motion Picture, Television, and Entertainment Revitalization Act on Thursday.
