Judge accused of bias echoes disputed language in misconduct defense
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert S. Draper denied allegations of racial and gender bias before the Commission on Judicial Performance, but repeatedly used similar language while defending remarks that special masters found were part of an "extensive and pervasive pattern of misconduct."
