2008 Filings in Federal Court

Shrinking legal budgets have not cut corporate America's appetite for litigation, according to the 2009 edition of the Law360 Litigation Almanac. Litigation filings in U.S. federal courts were up 9 percent overall in 2008 and should continue to grow in 2009, according to Portfolio Media, the publisher of the Law360 research.
