The Department of Homeland Security ranks the groups presenting the greatest threat to domestic safety.

A Department of Homeland Security survey shows a subtle shift in the threats to domestic safety that state and local law enforcement officers perceive as most pressing. Here's a comparison of the top five threats they saw in 201314 versus seven years earlier.
