Michael Farhang is a Los Angeles?based partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's litigation department, where he focuses on business crimes, securities, and complex commercial litigation matters. He previously served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, where he handled white-collar fraud investigations and prosecutions. He has significant trial experience, and has defended individual and corporate entities in a wide range of civil, criminal, and investigative matters.

She was a DOJ-appointed Monitor over an orthopedic-manufacturing company with health-care compliance and regulatory issues.
