Michael Farhang is a Los Angeles?based partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's litigation department, where he focuses on business crimes, securities, and complex commercial litigation matters. He previously served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, where he handled white-collar fraud investigations and prosecutions. He has significant trial experience, and has defended individual and corporate entities in a wide range of civil, criminal, and investigative matters.

Debra Wong Yang is a partner and executive committee member at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. She specializes in corporate crime and compliance. Ms. Yang has defended clients in DOJ, SEC, and State Attorneys General investigations, and has managed matters in the crisis arena relating to recalled products, health care, and insurance. She was a DOJ-appointed Monitor over an orthopedic-manufacturing company with health-care compliance and regulatory issues. Ms. Yang has counseled clients on FCPA matters, overseen FCPA investigations, and reviewed FCPA compliance programs in numerous industries.

Carolyn Kubota is a partner in O'Melveny & Myers' Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on civil and criminal trials, white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and civil fraud actions. She has extensive trial experience, including 21 jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and numerous contested evidentiary hearings. She is undefeated at trial. Prior to joining O'Melveny, Ms. Kubota served for 12 years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where she served as Deputy Chief of the Major Frauds Section.

McGregor "Greg" Scott, a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in Sacramento, focuses on white-collar criminal defense and corporate investigations. He is an experienced trial lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience as a prosecutor.
