More than 500 legal, civic and business leaders gathered in Los Angeles for the Inner City Law Center’s 18th Annual Awards Luncheon, which raised some $800,000 for the organization’s work with low-income tenants and homeless veterans.

Jacob Kreilkamp, a partner with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, accepted the award for the firm’s extensive and successful pro bono work.

The Weingart Foundation was honored for its longstanding support for organizations working on Los Angeles’ Skid Row.

The foundation’s president and CEO, Fred Ali, accepted the award at the event held at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel June 19.
