What Interests the Public?

The California Supreme Court is set to answer an open question in anti-SLAPP jurisprudence: What's an 'issue of public interest?' Plus, Professor Jean Reisz (USC Gould SOL) discusses the 9th Circuit's DACA ruling, and the case's likely next steps.
