Peter L. Weinberger brings three decades of experience as a litigator, and more recently, as a mediator. His background includes a wide variety of cases including personal injury, real estate, secured lending, probate, habitability, insurance coverage, employment, entertainment and all variety of business disputes. There is almost no area of law where Mr. Weinberger has not practiced.

While in private practice, Mr. Weinberger represented large and small businesses. In addition, he has acted both as insurance defense panel counsel and represented individuals in numerous tort claims. He was appointed class counsel in class action litigation and defended class actions. He also was frequently called upon to act as coverage counsel for clients.

Mr. Weinberger has litigated cases both in State and Federal courts. Having been on "both sides of the table", Mr. Weinberger is particularly well suited to mediation. He can honestly state to counsel that he has "sat in their chair". This experience gives him an objective perspective on cases and an ability to bring the parties together into settlement.
