Signature Resolution is expanding to Oakland

Signature Resolution, the dispute resolution company that started in Los Angeles, will open an office in Oakland this fall, its fourth in California.

“We are thrilled for the opportunity to expand into Northern California and provide our alternative dispute resolution services locally,” said Dario Higuchi, managing director at Signature Resolution. “The new Bay Area location will allow us to better serve the Northern California communities while also providing attorneys with a sophisticated and professional setting in which to settle disputes quickly and fairly.”

The office in the Oakland City Center will be led by mediators Vivien B. Williamson, Arnie Levinson and Rex Darrell Berry. The location has quick access to BART and parking choices. It will have 12 conference rooms and video conferencing technology along with a full-service cafe and a neutrals’ lounge. The company currently has a temporary space at 1939 Harrison Street.

In the meantime, Higuchi said, Signature Resolution is recruiting additional mediators to join its Bay Area team. The company also has offices in downtown Los Angeles, Century City and San Diego.
