Retired LA County family court judge joins Signature Resolution

A practicing attorney for 25 years, Dianna Gould-Saltman was a certified family law specialist. She presided over family law matters after joining the Superior Court in 2010.

Following a 13-year tenure at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, retired judge Dianna Gould-Saltman has joined Signature Resolution.

“I had a number of friends who had gone into ADR and so I met with some of them who were at the various ADR firms and asked what they liked about working for them and why they chose or eliminated others and by doing that I was able to sort of establish in my own mind which people had similar goals as I did,” Gould-Saltman said. “Signature was the one that matched in every way for me.”

Dario Higuchi, Signature Resolution’s founding partner and managing member, said Gould-Saltman’s “extensive expertise and commitment to facilitating fair resolutions for families and individuals navigating family law conflicts will enhance the breadth and depth of our neutral panel. We look forward to the positive impact her presence will have on our clients and the mediation community as a whole.”

Gould-Saltman’s official retirement from the bench was March 1, but her last day hearing matters was Jan. 12. A practicing attorney for 25 years, she was a certified family law specialist. She presided over family law matters after joining the Superior Court in 2010.

“As I transition into my role at Signature Resolution as a mediator, arbitrator, and judge pro tem, I am eager to apply my decades of experience to guide individuals towards constructive resolutions in their family law matters,” Gould-Saltman said. “What excites me most is the opportunity to facilitate meaningful dialogue and foster understanding, ultimately helping families navigate through challenging times with compassion and integrity.”
