Signature Resolution announced Thursday that it would open a Silicon Valley office this fall.
The new office will be the ADR firm's fifth since opening in downtown Los Angeles in 2017. Signature Resolution has offices in Century City, Oakland and San Diego.
"We're excited about the opportunity to extend our reach into the dynamic landscape of Silicon Valley, bringing our alternative dispute resolution services right to the doorstep of the nation's technology epicenter," CEO Dario Higuchi said in a statement. "Our new office reflects our commitment to providing the highest level of service and convenience to our neutrals and clients while fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment for all."
As part of the expansion, Signature Resolution also welcomed retired Santa Clara County Superior Court judge Peter H. Kirwan, who will lead the Silicon Valley office. Kirwan will be joined later by retired Santa Clara County Superior Court judge Mark H. Pierce. Together they bring a wealth of experience from their time in private practice and on the bench demonstrating efficient conflict resolution, Higuchi said.
Higuchi said Signature Resolution is recruiting additional neutrals to join its Silicon Valley team and expects to make announcements soon.
